A bit about the event: In Wet’suwet’en (BC), Hereditary chiefs are fighting the invasion of their lands by the Coastal GasLink pipeline. CGL has started drilling underneath a sacred river known as the Wedzin Kwa. Hereditary chiefs are calling for solidarity across the Nation.

This event plans to use the power of comedy to raise awareness and funds for the fight against CGL.

The lineup for this event includes eleven different comedians, including Indigenous comic Janelle Niles.

All proceeds from this event will go to the Wet’suwet’en solidarity fund.
