Brass Camel is a unique Vancouver-based rock group who recently released their debut album, mixed by multiple Juno-winner Ben Kaplan. Made up of five experienced young musicians, their collective accomplishments include performing at New York's Apollo Theater, jamming with guitar icon Les Paul, racking up countless studio sessions and covering hundreds of thousands of miles on the road before coming together. Brass Camel's singular sound mashes together the diverse influences of prog, funk, blues rock and fusion then ties them together with the kind of neat bow only attained by five musicians who are gunning for glory on the same frequency. The band's musicianship, songwriter and work ethic have led to endorsements from such companies as Sabian, Rotosound UK and Los Cabos. The Escape Society is all about feeling good and celebrating life. Combining vintage cool with contemporary ingenuity, the rocking band features veteran players Troy Huizinga, Scott Norris, Dean Watson and Jay Watts. Drawing inspiration from chart stalwarts like Foo Fighters, Queen, The Killers, Sparks and T. Rex, The Escape Society demand your attention and jump start your energy with honesty, catchy hooks and dance floor bangers. Angelica Jones (Formerly Angelina Hunter band) Angelica Jones has arrived—new name, same unstoppable energy. Formerly known as the Angelina Hunter Trio, this powerhouse band delivers the raw, electrifying sound fans know and love, now with a fresh identity. From gritty guitar riffs to soulful vocals, Angelica Jones is here to redefine blues for a new generation, all while staying true to the heart of their music.

The band, composed of three lifelong friends and mainstays of the Canadian music scene, has grown and cultivated their sound around the personality and stylings of Angelica on vocals and guitar. When she plugs in her Stratocaster, expect a wide range of style, emotion, and power. She can lull you in with sweet melodies and sear you with razor sharp blues attitude and screaming guitar lines.

Angelica Jones has the power to shrink a venue or blow it up with her voice alone. Totally unique, when she begins to sing, she sounds like no one else. She can tell a sweet story with her voice or bewitch you with its intensity. It’s a powerful instrument on its own. The Trio is rounded out by Sandy Hunter on drums and Adam Bell on bass.

The band is on an upward trajectory since their nomination for Best New Group at the 2024 Maple Blues Awards where Angelica was one of the few selected featured artists performing at the gala. The band has been performing at many festivals including the Kitchener Blues Festival, the Orangeville Blues and Jazz Festival,the Kemptville Live Music Festival as well as many performances at the Ottawa Bluesfest and more.

The eclectic but powerful blues based trio is a real melting pot of influences and many years of perfecting musical and stage craft have seen them win over audiences with their contemporary take on the blues throughout Canada.
